SINGLE MOMS BANQUET Invite any single moms you know, along with their children, to this special event hosted by OEFC and Athletes in Action and encourage them to register HERE. Donations are welcome online to provide gift cards and gift bags for the moms, or write "Single Moms" on your offering envelope.

PRESCHOOL TEACHERS NEEDED for the 9:15am Sunday service (teach one month approximately two times until June 2027). Curriculum and training provided. Contact Laurie for more information.

FREE MOVIE on Wednesday, November 4 (2pm) in the Fireside Room, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Complimentary popcorn, candy and beverages too! Adults only.

YOUNG MARRIEDS GET-TOGETHER Join us on Sunday, November 8 (3pm) in High River for an afternoon of fellowship, fun, and friendly competition, with fire pit, s'mores, and hot chocolate provided. CONNEXION CAFE for all ladies (high school girls welcome too) on Monday, November 9 (7-9pm). Flourishing in the Unexpected: at the age of 25, Jacquelynn faced an unimaginable diagnosis: cervical cancer. Join us as Jacqui shares her story of trials turned to victory because of surrender. Tracy will demonstrate how to make a fresh greenery floral arrangement for the Christmas season.

FINANCIAL UPDATE Attached is the September update from the Finance & Property Committee. Thanks for your giving to OEFC ministries in our community and around the world. MISSION update: Income YTD $85,815; Expense YTD $76,965; Budget YTD $63,164 (also Mission Week Funds of $23,264). Attend the Congregational Meeting on October 25 (7pm) to hear more from the FPC!

SHOEBOX MINISTRY Pick up a shoebox (or use your own) to fill with school supplies, hygiene items and toys for Operation Christmas Child this year! Collection week at OEFC is November 15-20.

DIAMOND VALLEY AREA GROWTH GROUP Jesus’ invitation is ‘Follow Me.’ His message is ‘The Kingdom of God is at hand!’ Todd and Rose are hosting a new Growth Group for anyone in the Diamond Valley area! The focus will be on what it means to be a fully-devoted follower of Jesus with a Kingdom of God orientation. All are welcome; please contact Todd & Rose or Pastor Trevor to get connected.

Courage to See Dr. John Winterdyk hosts this panel discussion and documentary viewing focused on Human Trafficking, Exploitation, and our Collective Responsibility. Monday, October 26 (6:30pm). More information and registration online $20
