Prayer Request Form
We would be honoured to pray for you or someone you know. Our Staff team prays for all the prayer requests we receive on a regular basis. Please let us know if you would like your request emailed to our Prayer Chain list (approximately 100 people from our congregation). Also note that your completed form below will be seen by office staff during normal office hours (T-Th 8:30am-4:30pm and Fri 8:30am-12:30pm).
