Dan Schroeder
Dan has served as Youth Pastor at OEFC since 1995. He has a passion for seeing youth grow in their relationship with Jesus and become active and excited about serving God. Dan loves to encourage those around him. He met his wife Cheryl at Capernwray Bible School. They served with Venture Teams International on a year long mission’s internship in Canada and India, and in 1983 started attending OEFC where they soon began serving in youth ministry. Dan completed a Tentmakers Youth Ministry course in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the PACE program at Alberta Bible College.
Dan and Cheryl have three grown children, Kara (married to Robert), Breanne (& David), and Ryan (& Kerry). Dan has a bobcat which he uses for landscaping and snow removal. He enjoys; work involving trees, the zoo, hiking, and building ice rinks in his backyard for hockey night in Canada!
